This policy explains what personal information Nadja Vasile ("I", "me") collects through nadjaromawitch.store and through my advertising, why it is collected, and how you can reach me about it.
What I collect
- Details you give me for readings and spell work. Your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share about your situation or intention. I use this only to prepare and deliver your work.
- Contact details from forms and ads. If you fill in a form on this site, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, I receive the name, email address, and answers you submit.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card or PayPal funding details go directly to that processor and never touch this site's servers. I receive only a confirmation of payment and the email you used.
- Usage data. This site can use Meta Pixel and Plausible analytics to understand how visitors find it, but those tracking scripts are only loaded after you accept optional tracking.
- Tracking choice. If you accept or decline optional tracking, that choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not keep asking.
How I use it
- To prepare and deliver the reading or spell work you asked for.
- To reply when you write to me.
- To send you a result you requested through an ad or form, and occasional emails if you agreed to receive them. Every email includes a way to opt out.
- To measure and improve the site and its advertising when you have accepted optional tracking.
What I never do
I do not sell your personal information. I do not share what you tell me about your situation with anyone. Your work is prepared privately and sent only to the email address you gave.
Third parties
Stripe and PayPal (payments), Meta (advertising and lead forms), Plausible (site analytics), and email delivery providers. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. Optional tracking is not needed for checkout or for receiving a reading.
How long I keep it
Order details and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see the information held about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of emails using the link in any message. You can also decline optional tracking in the cookie notice. For any request, write to nadjaromawitch@gmail.com.
