Every reading by email starts with your notes. You write them in the basket before you pay. Then I read them before I lay one card. So the notes are not a form to finish quick. They are the half of the reading that only you can do.
My name Nadja. I learned from the women of my mother's Roma family, and I live in Romania. After many years I can tell you, the best notes are not the longest. They are the clear ones. Here is how I would write them if I was in your place.
Start with the real question
Write the question first, in one or two sentences. Not the question you think sounds spiritual. The one that keeps you awake. Should I take the job in the other city? What is happening between me and my sister? Where is this relationship going after the summer? Simple words are best.
If you have many questions, choose which one is the centre. Three small questions about the same person often are one big question. Write that big one first, and the others can stay as background.
One more thing. Write the question as you really ask it, also when it feels small or a little embarrassing. Many people say sorry in their notes for asking about love again, or about money. You do not need to say sorry. A small honest question is better for me than a big one that is not really yours.
Give me the situation, short
After the question, tell me what is happening. A few lines is enough. Who is involved, what changed, and when. Dates and events help me more than many pages about how strong the feeling is. "We stopped talking in March, after his brother's wedding" tells me more than a long paragraph of pain.
Write like you talk at a kitchen table. You do not need special words. You do not need to know tarot, and you do not need to make your request sound old or mysterious. Your own way of speaking is good.
Say what you know and what you only feel
This is important. Mark the line between fact and suspicion. "He has not replied for two weeks" is a fact. "He is with someone else" maybe is a fear. If you write a fear like a fact, the reading starts from the wrong place.
It is good to write "I do not know why communication changed." This sentence shows me the edge of what you know. I read better from an honest edge than from a confident guess.
If there are two roads, name both
When your question is a decision, write both options clearly. Stay or move. Say yes or say no. Then I can look at how the cards sit with each road. If you write only "what should I do", I must guess what the roads are, and my guess is not your life.
Do not send me a list of card meanings you found somewhere else, or the answer you hope for. I need your concern, not an answer to copy back to you.
Notes for the other readings
For the One Question Reading, keep to one direct question and a little background. For a Medium Session, give the person's name, who they were to you, and what you hope to understand. One session is for one person. You do not have to share painful details you want to keep private.
For the Dream Interpretation Reading, tell me the dream in the order you remember it. Who was there, what happened, how you felt during it. If you book more than one reading together, each one has its own notes, so write each one separately and nothing mixes.
What not to send
You never need to send passwords, private account access or intimate material. A reading does not need these things. Keep them with you.
Check your email address before you pay. The reading comes written inside the email within 24 hours, so one wrong letter means it does not reach you. I see people forget this when they are worried, so I say it every time.
After the reading comes
Read it with your notes beside you. You will see how the reading answers what you wrote. If one point is not clear, you can ask one follow-up question about that point at no extra charge. Good notes make this less needed.
Good notes do not make any outcome certain. I do not promise outcomes and notes cannot change that. What they do is make the reading about your life and not about a general idea. This much I do: I read what you write, carefully, before the cards.
When you are ready, choose your tarot reading, or the one question reading if one question is enough. Write your notes in the basket, then pay.
Be well, Nadja
